About this grant

To support a project that will develop a detailed, actionable plan and recommendations for the development and implementation of a community health workers/promotores (CHW/P) training program that are defined and endorsed by a diverse stakeholder group, including CHW/P training and advocacy entities, health plans, and CHW/P employers.
