About This Event

In this webinar, members of the Family HealthCare Network’s Lean Team describe how the organization implemented a Lean approach to improving care and operations in an ambulatory care setting and how the clinic has benefited. The presenters illustrate the Lean approach by highlighting FHCN’s electronic health record implementation, which took place without a decrease in productivity.
