Vaishnavi Vaidya is a program manager at Healthforce Center at UCSF for the California Improvement Network, which is a project of the California Health Care Foundation. Vaidya has extensive experience in project management, program development, and health policy. In her previous role, she managed a cross-institutional partnership that supported a coalition of the largest city and county health departments in developing programs and policies that centered equity in urban settings.

She holds a master’s degree in public health in health policy and management from Drexel University and a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
