Ellen Schenk is a research associate in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Fitzhugh Mullan Institute for Health Workforce Equity.

Prior to joining the Mullan Institute, she interned at the Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness and also worked as a research assistant at the University of Delaware, where she researched the unintended consequences of long-acting reversible contraception.

She holds bachelor degrees in public policy and in mathematics and economics, and a master’s degree in public policy, from the University of Delaware.
