About this grant

To support the Technology Hubs program at the Center for Care Innovation to sustain and expand its network of safety-net provider organizations that focuses on the adoption of technology-enabled solutions to improve care for Californians with low incomes and that regularly informs CHCF’s Innovation Fund on potential program-related investments.
