Gillian Cervero is grants manager at the foundation, where she is responsible for daily grant operations such as reviewing agreements, approving payments, managing the grantmaking database, and ensuring smooth grantmaking procedures between Programs and Accounting.
Her previous experience includes working at a children's health foundation in the grantmaking department as a program assistant and grants administrator, where she assisted in developing and implementing their community grantmaking program, and later in the fundraising department, as a manager of gifts and grants administration, where she managed all donations to the hospital and pediatric programs. She was also a national grants administrator at an environmental nonprofit, where she managed private, state, and federal grants.
She serves as a board member of the Grants Managers Network.
Gillian earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.
