Technologies that enable providers to remotely monitor key vitals, symptoms, and other patient data can provide valuable real-time information that improves patient engagement and disease management.

This virtual showcase event began with opening remarks from CHCF Senior Program Investment Officer Ella Scwhartz and a panel of safety-net providers discussing how they are using remote patient monitoring (RPM) technologies in the real world.

Six companies then presented technology solutions that make scalable, effective, and culturally responsive RPM possible for health care organizations serving the safety net. You can watch a recording of the showcase, as well as recordings of each company’s pitch presentation, below.

The companies selected to present were identified by key stakeholders through a collaborative process. This showcase was the culmination of the RPM Innovation Challenge competition run by CHCF, Acumen America, and Health Equity Ventures, in partnership with Adaptation Health.
