About This Event

COVID-19 forced the health care safety net to shut down in-person care, yet safety-net providers still delivered crucial health care services to their low-income patients through increased telehealth use. This webinar will highlight key insights from the dramatic transition made by 23 health centers participating in the Connected Care Accelerator Innovation Learning Collaborative (CCA ILC). The CCA ILC is a yearlong program dedicated to supporting safety-net providers in California with the adoption and implementation of telehealth.

This event will feature data on trends and variation in telehealth use and modality, successful strategies used to address patients’ needs and improve health equity, and the different telehealth care models implemented by safety-net providers. Panelists representing organizations participating in the Connected Care Accelerator Innovation Learning Collaborative (CCA ILC) will discuss their telehealth approaches, experiences, and plans for the future.

Objective: Share key findings from CCA ILC evaluation to inform the design and implementation of telehealth services, policy, grantmaking, and research.
