The California Improvement Network (CIN) partners meet regularly to share findings and ideas generated from work on the front lines of clinical practice. Each discussion focuses on a specific topic, with speakers sharing their experiences. Much of the frank and energetic discussion is then summarized as a Partner Meeting Report (formerly called Quarterly Partner Report).

Each summary contains highlights from the speakers’ case presentations, including goals, activities, results, and lessons learned; an “Asked and Answered!” column; key points called “Quick Takes”; and links to online resources.
