The California Improvement Network (CIN) is a community in which you can learn better ideas for care delivery through webinars, workshops, and meetings focused on techniques to improve the patient experience and the health of populations while lowering the cost of health care. Recognizing the traditionally slow diffusion of innovation within and across health care provider communities, CHCF established CIN in 2005 to help providers share better practices in chronic disease care.

Now, CHCF seeks an organization to run an external program office to lead the CIN, and work with CIN partners to co-create and execute a strategy to enable quality improvement capabilities, culture, and capacity across partner and member organizations. The external program office will ensure strategic alignment of CHCF programs and the CIN.
