About This Event

Under CalAIM (California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal), many managed care plans will offer housing-related Community Supports for people experiencing homelessness. Housing-related Community Supports include Housing Transition and Navigation Services, Housing Deposits, and Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services.

The Corporation for Supportive Housing, with funding from CHCF, has developed a managed care plan handbook around housing-related Community Supports. This four-part webinar training series is designed for plans interested in learning best practices to implement these housing-related Community Supports.

Session #1: What Works. Evidenced-based practices that support health outcomes for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Monday, November 14, 9:00–10:30 AM (PT).

Session #2: Housing Related Services Systems. Priorities, capacity, and opportunities in partnering with housing sector systems. Monday, November 28, 9:00–10:30 AM (PT).

Session #3: Planning and Execution. The opportunities and challenges for MCPs as they build systems and programs with their new housing sector–-related partners. Monday, December 5, 9:00–10:30 AM (PT).

Session #4: Data Sharing. A model for MCPs to plan, develop, and get the most out of data sharing with their housing sector-–related partners. Monday, December 12, 9:00-–10:30 AM (PT).
