Training Sessions

Welcome to the CSH Medi-Cal Academy Training Series. This series was held January–May 2023 for housing and homeless service providers interested in CalAIM housing-related Community Supports. All sessions were recorded to share with community-based organizations that could not participate during the live training sessions.

• Managed Care Plan and Medi-Cal Compliance Requirements and Claims Processes
• Common Policies and Procedures for Medi-Cal Providers, including HIPAA for new providers
• Documentation Standards and Processes for Providers New to Medical Documentation
• Software Options and Data Elements for housing-related Community Supports
