CIN Resources and Tools: Strengthening Foundations

The California Improvement Network establishes priority areas for learning and action through a collaborative process that incorporates the strategic priorities of partners and the broader network. Identifying priority areas reflects CIN’s commitment to provide timely and useful knowledge that enables leaders to learn and incorporate leading-edge practices and concepts into improvement efforts. CIN provides technical assistance, programming, resources, and activities to support advancements in these priority areas.

Strengthening Foundations: The resources and tools below support the foundations of all improvement efforts – leading change, strengthening communications, and fostering resilience and understanding within and across organizations. They help organizations drive constant change, strengthen communications and teams, and deepen cross-sector partnerships.
