CalAIM opens new doors for permanent supportive housing providers to use Medi-Cal dollars to pay for services for residents living in their properties. In 2024–25, the Terner Center at UC Berkeley convened housing developers to explore issues related to CalAIM implementation. Several organizations have successfully leveraged CalAIM to strengthen their services in permanent supportive housing. Explore their models and lessons learned.
