This session introduces the importance of hiring and retaining staff from your community who have lived experience of homelessness. It reviews several new ways that Medi-Cal reimburses for these staff members outside of Community Supports. Attendees also learn housing-related Community Supports research and outcomes that demonstrate the value of having staff with lived experience. This 70-minute webinar was recorded on April 5, 2023.
