The year 2020 has been unlike any other. The changes we’re now seeing in our clinics and through our screens, and the methods being used to address patient needs that we hadn’t previously considered will impact health care for years to come. This issue of CIN Connections features reflections from Dr. Mitch Katz, President and CEO, NYC Health + Hospitals, on adapting the delivery model of this public health care system and his lessons learned in the surge of the pandemic in New York City, as well as on how CIN partners modified their work and what they’ve learned in the midst of massive change during these past months.

The 2024 CHCF Central Valley Health Policy Survey
