R. J. Fuerte is an executive assistant at the California Health Care Foundation, where he supports the chief talent officer and the vice president of finance and administration.

Before joining the staff at CHCF, R.J. served as an administrative business partner and candidate experience coordinator at Google and YouTube, where he specialized in executive-level support, streamlining administrative processes, and elevating the candidate and employee experiences across multiple teams and geographies. His community involvement includes a global leadership role in the Asian Googler Network and a key speaking role at the Alphabet Mental Health Conference.

R. J. holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and sociology from Santa Clara University.
