James Precour is a program associate for the CHCF Innovation Fund. Prior to joining the staff at CHCF, James served as an office coordinator at Telecare Corporation, where he performed administrative support in finance, human resources, and information technology. James holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Sonoma State University.
