Isabella Froman is an audience engagement strategist on CHCF’s Communications & Engagement team. In this role, she manages the website’s digital presence, content governance, user experience, and data analytics strategies.

Prior to joining CHCF, Isabella worked in UX writing, content strategy, and education content writing for a variety of organizations including Google, Dell, and Optum Health. She received a bachelor’s degree in cognitive science with a specialization in human-computer interaction from the University of California, San Diego.
