Felicia is a program associate with CHCF’s People-Centered Care team, which works to ensure that Californians — particularly those enrolled in Medi-Cal — receive responsive, comprehensive, and coordinated care that supports their health and well-being.

Prior to joining CHCF, Felicia worked at The Helmsley Charitable Trust where she served as a grants associate in support of initiatives to improve the health care of vulnerable populations in New York City and Sub-Saharan Africa.
