About This Event

As of May 2022, all Californians age 50 and over with low incomes are eligible for Medi-Cal, regardless of immigration status. In June 2022, CHCF funded Vision Strategy and Insights (VSI) to conduct focus groups with age 50+ Latino/x, Chinese, and Korean residents in Los Angeles who are newly eligible for Medi-Cal.

In this webinar, VSI will present key findings from the focus groups, including the messages and information that were most important to motivate participants to take action to enroll. A Q&A period will follow.

This research is intended to inform and improve outreach and enrollment efforts by community-based organizations, the California Department of Health Care Services, and other key partners.
