Ken Leung is IT Manager at CHCF, where he manages the foundation’s day-to-day technology operations, including systems support, infrastructure, and help desk services for staff. He brings systems and data expertise to help CHCF’s technology run smoothly and at scale.
Prior to joining CHCF, Ken spent nine years at Tipping Point Community, where he served as the organization’s sole technologist. He built the organization’s enterprise data infrastructure on Salesforce as the source of truth across fundraising, grantmaking, and finance, and led the shift from paper approval processes to an integrated digital platform. He also led the organization’s migration to the cloud, built out its data governance and security practices, and later introduced artificial intelligence to the organization. Ken holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley.
