Office of Health Care Affordability

Our work with the Office of Health Care Affordability supports California’s efforts to control rising health costs. We provide data analysis and policy expertise — helping implement cost targets, monitor market consolidation, and develop accountability measures. We also work to ensure that policy decisions are centered on the public’s needs.
