Over the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic, CHCF conducted regular surveys of Californians and the state's frontline health care providers to gauge the impact of the pandemic on people and the health care system.

The CHCF California Health Policy Survey

This representative survey of California adults is conducted annually and released early each year. It details not only California residents' attitudes about statewide health policies but also their experiences with the health care system, including physical health, behavioral health, and affordability of care.
