CHCF and the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health in collaboration with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), are issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to manage and facilitate a Medi-Cal Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC). Proposals are due by 5 PM (PT) on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.

DHCS is creating a Medi-Cal CAC to ensure that Medi-Cal enrollees, many of whom are from historically marginalized communities, have an active voice in shaping DHCS programs. The CAC will consist of a diverse group of Medi-Cal enrollees (including parents and caregivers of Medi-Cal enrollees) from across California.

The scope of work in this RFP includes project management, member recruitment, meeting planning and facilitation, preparing and supporting members, and measuring CAC impact.  The full RFP, available under Document Downloads, includes the following sections and is accompanied by four attachments.
