Rachel Lee was an Innovation Fellow with CHCF’s Innovation Fund, where she developed strategy on the foundation’s investments in behavioral health technology companies.

Prior to joining CHCF, Rachel worked as the project manager for the Pacific Business Group on Health’s Pay for Value initiative, where she developed a two-year strategy for increasing the use of certified nurse-midwives in births to mothers with low incomes in California. The initiative attracted $150,000 in new grant funding. Previously, Rachel worked as the manager of implementation and platforms at QURE Healthcare, a San Francisco–based start-up that measures and benchmarks physicians to improve quality of care.

Rachel is currently pursuing a combined master’s in business administration and master’s degree in public health from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where she is a Zetema Project 2019 fellow.
