Kirsten Dwyer is a program associate with CHCF’s Improving Access team, which works to improve access to coverage and care for Californians with low incomes. She provides grants management and administrative support to the team.

Prior to joining CHCF, Kirsten worked as a film trailer editor and team coordinator at the creative agency Tiny Hero in Los Angeles. Prior to that, Kirsten held the position of executive assistant at GoGo squeeZ, supporting the Chief Marketing Officer and leading internal audio-visual content creation in New York. Kirsten also worked as the executive assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and helped lead marketing initiatives at Consumer Credit Counseling Services of San Francisco, a non-profit that provides financial counseling and education to help consumers achieve financial independence.

Kirsten received a bachelor’s degree in theater from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a certificate in entertainment marketing and promotion production from Santa Monica College. She has used her training to produce her own web series and film projects.
