Glenda Pacha is a program associate with CHCF’s High-Value Care team, which supports policies and care models that align with patient preferences, are proven effective, and are affordable.
Prior to joining CHCF, Glenda served as program associate/grants manager at the John Muir Community Health Fund, an organization working to improve the health of the uninsured and underserved in Contra Costa County. Her previous experience includes community outreach and fundraising for local nonprofit organizations. She is an alumna of Leadership Contra Costa and has served on the board of directors for the Bay Area Crisis Nursery and the Center for Human Development. Glenda earned bachelor degrees in psychology and sociology at San Francisco State University.
