Diane Stewart joined Pacific Business Group on Health (PBGH) in January 2001 and led the Redesigning Care portfolio for PBGH. Stewart created PBGH’s health care improvement initiative — California Quality Collaborative — a statewide collaborative program to re-engineer care in the outpatient setting in partnership with commercial health plans, medical groups, and employers. As part of CQC, she led CMS-funded Practice Transformation Network award to transform care at 4,800 clinician practices.

Stewart received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Dartmouth College and a master’s in business administration from the Yale School of Management.
