Brianna Fennell is a program associate at Healthforce Center at UCSF for the California Improvement Network, which is a project of the California Health Care Foundation. She excels at collaborating with others, planning events, and being a key resource for her team.

In her previous role with Stanford Healthcare, she was responsible for the entire scope of financial clearance activities for primarily the Cancer Clinics, Orthopedics, and Women’s Health divisions. She has extensive knowledge of health care state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as health care payers, such as Medicare, Medi-Cal, workers compensation and disability, and managed care plans.

Fennell holds a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Dominican University of California.
