Ann Whidden, MPH, is a member of the HealthData+ team. She is also director of communications at the Public Health Institute, where she oversees a team responsible for communications strategy, public relations, and brand management for PHI’s diverse portfolio of over 150 programs and projects. In her 20 years as a public health professional, she has provided communications expertise and consultation to progressive private sector, governmental, and nonprofit organizations, including federal legislative staff, the American Public Health Association, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
