About this grant

To examine data from three California public health care purchasers — the California Department of Health Care Services, Covered California, and the California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS) — to analyze use of telehealth during COVID-19, examine differences in use across payers and populations, and recommend policies to improve access to care and reduce disparities.
