To support the National Institute of Medical Respite Care in developing expertise in California-specific policy and practice, understanding the opportunities and challenges related to CalAIM and In Lieu Of Services, and to provide technical assistance and advocacy recommendations for California stakeholders looking to start, scale, or improve medical respite programs.
