About this grant

To produce an issue brief that summarizes the federal and state legal precedent that may prevent disclosure of negotiated prices for health care goods and services in California, empirical evidence that bears on the economic impact of disclosing negotiated prices in the health care sector, and specific types of health care pricing data currently being collected in claims databases in other parts of the country and how these data are disseminated.
