About this grant

To convene county-based and state-level leaders from the behavioral health, social service, and public health sectors who are actively involved in data exchange policy and implementation in order to understand and assess counties’ current HIE infrastructure, the limitations preventing them from delivering what’s required by critical state programs, and an approach state lawmakers and county leadership could embrace to rectify those limitations over time.
