About this grant

To assess California’s progress in enforcing the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA), identify gaps in California’s enforcement tools and authority, and provide a roadmap for California and for other states considering ways to strengthen their MHPAEA enforcement.
