About this grant

To support A Tipping Point for Telehealth initiative by leading the design and RFP process for grants to 50 safety-net organizations, making and managing grants and leading a learning collaborative for 20 of these organizations, spreading lessons learned throughout the safety net, and identifying lessons to support sound state policy.
