About this grant

To develop and disseminate two issue briefs that examine the various roles and contributions of community health workers and promotores in Medi-Cal — including but not limited to Whole Person Care pilots and the Health Homes Program — and apply this experience to current policy conversations about the Medi-Cal program and waivers.
