About this grant

To support work with Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (LAC DHS) in developing and implementing a plan for building infrastructure, practice coaching, and staff training for the purpose of developing a sustainable standardized model for the provision of behavioral health services within the LAC DHS Primary Care Clinics.
