About This Event

This one-day workshop addresses how to present data, how to prepare physicians and team members for change, and how to conduct successful physician contacts and visits. The learning objectives are to:

Understand the key principles to successfully engage physicians in improving care
Practice and integrate proven communication techniques
Learn how to prepare for and follow up after quality improvement meetings
Review the importance of team members throughout the process of change
