Marie Hubbard is a program manager at Healthforce Center at UCSF and the senior project manager for the California Improvement Network, which is a project of the California Health Care Foundation.

She brings a decade of experience in project management, program execution, technical assistance programming, and leadership development. In a prior role at the Wisconsin Primary Care Association, she launched a number of projects including a statewide public-private collaboration of more than 70 organizations aimed at securing health coverage for Wisconsin residents under the Affordable Care Act.

Hubbard holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New England and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
