This one-day workshop addresses how to present data, how to prepare physicians and team members for change, and how to conduct successful physician contacts and visits. The learning objectives are to:

• Understand the key principles to successfully engage physicians in improving care
• Practice and integrate proven communication techniques
• Learn how to prepare for and follow up after quality improvement meetings
• Review the importance of team members throughout the process of change
