Harold Goldstein is founder and executive director of Public Health Advocates, formerly known as the California Center for Public Health Advocacy. For more than 15 years, the organization has been working closely with state and local partners to address the obesity and diabetes epidemics and to establish groundbreaking programs and policies that build healthier communities and end health disparities. Harold holds a bachelor’s degree in physiology from the University of California, Berkeley, and master’s and doctorate degrees in public health from the University of California, Los Angeles.
