Eric Douglas is the founder, president, and senior partner of Leading Resources, a consulting firm that develops leaders and leading organizations nationwide. Eric and his firm have designed and orchestrated engagements with dozens of public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and companies. His most recent book, The Leadership Equation, details practices that effective leaders use to build high-performing organizations. Eric is a graduate of Harvard University and serves on its alumni board of directors.
