Jared Teo, MBA

Jared Teo served as a senior program officer for the CHCF Innovation Fund, which invests in technology and service companies with the potential to significantly lower the cost of care or improve access to care for Californians with low incomes.

Prior to joining CHCF, Jared worked as an investment banker for Goldman, Sachs & Co. advising health care and consumer companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt issuances. Earlier, he was a project manager and lead R&D engineer responsible for overseeing the design, development, and commercialization of new products for several medical device start-ups, including eV3, FoxHollow, and CryoCor.

Jared received a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from the University of California at San Diego and a master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
