Ella Wolfgramm is a program associate with CHCF’s Communications & Engagement team. She manages grants and contracts, provides administrative support to the communications team, and supports CHCF’s external engagement activities.

Prior to joining CHCF, Ella worked at the Women’s Foundation of California as a program assistant. In that role, she helped with grants administration, provided administrative support to senior staff, planned events, and played a key role on wide range of programs, including the foundation’s fellows program and an initiative focusing on workforce development. She has also worked at the Center for Young Women’s Development and at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center, and currently serves on the board of directors of the Asian Pacific Youth Leadership Project. Ella earned a bachelor’s degree in political, legal, and economic analysis and a master’s in business administration from Mills College.
