Amy Higgins is the human resources manager at CHCF.

Prior to joining CHCF, she worked for the Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County to implement and coordinate a reproductive health care clinic run by peer health educators.

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies, public administration from Humboldt State University and a certificate in Human Resource Management through UC Berkeley. Amy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society of Human Resource Management.
