Amy Higgins

Amy Higgins is the payroll and benefits manager at CHCF, where she is responsible for payroll and benefit administration.

Prior to joining CHCF, she worked for the Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County to implement and coordinate a reproductive health care clinic run by peer health educators.

Amy earned a bachelor's degree in liberal studies, public administration from Humboldt State University and a certificate in Human Resource Management through UC Berkeley. Amy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society of Human Resource Management.
